Q: What exactly is TinyMiner?
 
A: TinyMiner is an EVE Online Mining Bot software application designed especially to help you overcome the endless, tedious grinding involved in the otherwise trivial task of mining asteroids in EVE Online. The program is equipped with an Artificial Intelligence engine capable of making decisions and taking actions based on the game environment. Q: So, what's inside the box?
 
A: The TinyMiner package is delivered via an instant download directly from our site. Depending on whether you purchase the "Classic" or the "Plus" version, the package contains various extra features aimed at both casual and more experienced players. Q: Does TinyMiner work under Vista and Windows 7?
 
A: It sure does and it's great at it too, I might add! TinyMiner works flawlessly on all versions of Windows (XP, Vista, 7) and all desktop themes right out of the box without any modifications! The program is using the keyboard and mouse to pilot your ship in EVE Online just like a human player would! Make sure you install TinyMiner in a folder under "Program Files" and it will mine like a champ as most of our pilots are fond of saying!

Q: What about Apple's Mac OS X?
 
A: TinyMiner is a Windows application but we do have a lot of Mac users who are successfully using TinyMiner in a virtual machine under their Mac OS X. We can recommend VMWare Fusion (commercial app) or Virtual Box (completely FREE) for all your virtualization needs. First install Virtual Box on your Mac OS X so that you can create a virtual machine where you can install any version of Windows (XP, Vista, 7), then install EVE Online and TinyMiner inside the virtual machine and you're well on your way to making billions of ISK!

Q: How Easy is it to use TinyMiner?
 
A: TinyMiner has been designed right from the start to be extremely easy to use even for the non-technical players. Simply take 5 minutes to carefully go over the fully illustrated tutorial page so that you can learn how to set up all the necessary EVE Online settings and you're done! TinyMiner will run perfectly fine right out of the box!

Q: Do you have a trial version?
 
A: Yes, we do have a fully functional trial version that you can evaluate for as long as you want before you make your decision to purchase the full version. It contains all the functionality of the registered version but it does only one full mining run for demonstration purposes and then it stops. The registered version can do as many runs as you want!

Q: In which scenario should I use the included Warp to Zero - Hauler / Trade route runner?
 
A: I'm glad you asked. There are many scenarios in which the WarpToZero Hauler would prove very useful. We all the know there is an autopilot feature in EVE Online that takes care of long trips automatically. However there are two main limitations or drawbacks to the built-in autopilot: it warps to 15km from each gate and then it aproaches the gate at normal ship velocity which leaves it vulnerable to pirate gangs in low security space. The included WarpToZero Hauler addresses both these problems since it warps to zero at each stargate thus saving time and protecting your ship from hostile pirates. Suppose you bought a ship module or any item at a bargain price but unfortunatelly it is found in a system 15 jumps away from your current location. No problem, TinyMiner WarpToZero Hauler will travel there on its own, pick it up and even make the return trip back to the start, all this while you can kick back and relax. Another good scenario would be when you have an industrial ship or a freighter and wish to move all the ore or ice that TinyMiner mined for you in another system where you have good standings with an NPC corp and will get zero refining tax. Also it is worth mentioning the good old law of supply and demand, that is, buy cheap and sell more expensive to make a nice profit. There are plenty of items and minerals that are subject to the law of supply and demand. Unfortunatelly not only it is boring as hell to make the transport trips manually but it can also take hours on end with the built-in EVE autopilot. This is yet another case where TinyMiner WarpToZero Hauler will prove invaluable. I'm sure you can think of many other scenarios. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.

Q: In what language do you offer live customer support on instant messengers, forums and email?
