Hi,
maybe I'm searching the forum for with the wrong keywords, cuz I cant find an answer - so here goes:
I have a setup for TM, but would like a second install of Eve for when I do other things. I like my overview in a certain way and it takes time to move everything around when I change from TM to manual.
However, when installing a 2. Eve, it seems to share some files between the 2 installments, as the overview are screwed up the same way.
How do I install a second EVE, that is completely autonomous from the first install?
Regards
Ramsing

Re: Two installments of Eve Online (SOLVED)
You need to set a separate folder for the Eve Online Shared Resources in the Eve Online Launcher settings (see attached picture for details). Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the Eve Launcher window to open the settings.
After setting a separate folder for the resources you can proceed to copying the remaining Eve Online folder with another name (like EveMining for example) which should be considerably smaller in size now that the resources have been moved separately. Hope this helps.

This information has been made obsolete now by the new Eve Online Launcher which includes a profiles manager of its own to help you select which profile to use in your gaming sessions. You can download the new launcher here: https://community.eveonline.com/support/download

Duplicating EVE Online folders
Back after a several year hiatus.
How do we duplicate EVE Online folders so that we can have one for mining and one for regular play again? I'm on Windows 10 now.
Thank you!
