All updates are free of charge so everyone can always download the latest version of TinyMiner from the registered users section of the forum and follow the instructions inside to register it. If you have bought the Classic version then you also have the option to upgrade to the Plus package for a small fee.

New PC (SOLVED)

Post by bluenightgray »

I'm not sure if it is possible but my old PC died and my new PC is giving me a different unique code so I can't run it on the new one. Is it possible to get it reset or do I have to buy a new one?

Thanks!

I'd like to know about this, too. I'm upgrading from Windows Vista 32 bit to Windows 7 64bit on the same computer, and I was wondering if I'd have to re-buy it or if I could simply re-register my new Windows install. Fantastic product, by the way! Been using it quite a bit since I bought it a few days ago, and it has worked flawlessly for me!

Nevermind, I found the answer here. Just use the maintenance form. The first one is free, and subsequent requests are $4.99 apiece.

VG does one complimentary code switch per license, no questions asked.
