Runtime error 5 (SOLVED)

after installing tiny miner have a run time error 5
after that cant start tiny miner, all the time getting run time error 5.

As far as I remember, this rare error can happen when your Windows is in a non-standard language. By non-standard I mean all languages that do not use the latin alphabet (A-Z). In order to fix this error you need to go into your Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Administrative tab -> Change system locale button, as shown in the screenshot below:

There change the system locale for non-Unicode programs to English (United States). It should work correctly after rebooting your computer.
