Starting a new mining char

Hi guys i am starting a second account with a new fresh miner..
Does anyone have an evemon skill plan for the skills needed to fly and fit a hulk for a fresh char so that i can get into it asap.. Don't want to waste time on any skills that i don't need. Need it to be able to tank in 0.5 space and kill the rats with drones. Any help would be great, cheers.

Buy one, fastest way.
Otherwise learning skills > shield > navigation > industrie > exhumer.

lol cheers buddy I did look at buying one before but not realy got the Iskies to buy a new one atm.
i went on evemon and loaded up a basic guide hulk skills needed.. what skills do u mean for the shield ? cos some of them will not affect the basic shield hardeners/extenders or boosters. i am guessing its just shield operation and management that all ? cheers

takes right at about 2 months to start hulk mining
4 to get all the drone & shield proficiencies you'll want...

Was also gonna add......dont forget to add ur new char to the buddy program so you can claim the 30 free time for ur main
