Insufficient power to warp to belt (SOLVED)

Is there any way to mine in systems where the belt (ice field in my case) is beyond the capacitor range and the hulk needs to take a rest in the middleway? Or the TM is designed only for mining in belts within one-warp-attempt range?

Train the skill "Warp Drive Operation" to level 3 or 4 and you will have enough power to warp as far as you want. Nobody else has reported such a problem before. Are you new to this game?

Haha, no, one year old, and now feeling really stupid for asking this sort of question
I haven't indeed trained that skill. Thanks for advice.
