TinyMiner Warp to Zero - Hauler / Trade route runner

Post by VanGoghGaming »

NEW: TinyMiner has Included a free Warp to Zero - Hauler / Trade route runner - now you can easily transport or pickup your goods over many stargate jumps and benefit from the speed of warp to zero jumps thus overcoming the limitation of the built-in auto pilot which warps to 15km from each gate.

You can literally save hours of time with this new feature if you regularly use freighters to move around trade goods. The Trial version supports up to 3 warp to zero jumps so that you can see for yourself how this works, after that if the trip takes longer then it will continue with normal auto pilot. The Registered version does warp to zero All the way and it is included for free with any TinyMiner purchase!

Rapidly transport your goods or pickup the items you bought over many stargate jumps. Save hours of time zipping through the stargates! Make sure to check out the instructions and screenshots from the tutorial page.

Point to Point

I read in a previous post that point to point isn't reliable. How did you get around the OCR problem that you said would be a bear?

Because I am a genius? Hehe honestly OCR isn't reliable in a constantly changing environment but there are things you can do to help it become more reliable. You can test it for yourself in the Trial version. If you also read the tutorial page for it you will see that making the Overview opaque (as opposed to transparent) by Unpinning it, will help identifying the Yellow gate much better. I haven't seen it fail yet.

I think I've seen the program you are 'borrowing' stuff from. It wouldn't be GhostMiner by any chance, would it? It's got a lot of whistle and bells. "Features" your starting to include in TinyMiner. Well, at least your half their price. might be worth investing in.............

I have never tried any other mining software except for MineX which is a total piece of crap. And I think I am qualified to say that since this wasn't the case of a user not knowing to configure a complex program. It was just poorly programmed full stop. In fact it was their failure that inspired me to create TinyMiner because I was getting frustrated with trying to get MineX to actually work.

I haven't looked back ever since and I am adding features as I go along. They are new ideas that I am coding from scratch in hope to make the product more useful and still keep it simple at the same time. Users want the program to actually work, not the bells and whistles of MineX that look pretty but fail miserably.

I agree MineX and WarpX both suck really really bad.

I looked at Ghostminer as well but it seemed too complicated to setup properly. Lot of cool stuff in GM but TinyMiner/TinyMinerPlus has worked as advertised therefore that's where my loyalty lies. The program has more than payed for itself in GTC's.

I've tried a few others BEFORE I found TinyMiner and it seems to me that in terms of support TinyMiner's developer, VanGoghGaming, is much more responsive not to mention adding new features.

I agree with TJRedleg. The only real reason I chose tinyminer over all the other macro's i looked at was that it looked professional and had forums for support. I've heard ppl mutter under their breath in eve about the program as well with good report. GhostMiner seemed too good to be true with a much less user friendly interface and a lacking customer support.

VanGogh has proven me right in choosing tinyminer with his quicker than expected response time on questions Ive asked him about thus far. Keep up the good work!

Simple feature Suggestion for those of us flying freighters to empty our POS or have ALOT of trips between stations moving goods. An option to have the script slow down to about 25% of its max speed before starting the align to gate after undocking. This would greatly increase the ships maneuverability for aligning to the gate. as it stands since its already at warp speed when undocking it instantly enters warp where since it is going so fast and cant slow down, takes FOREVER to get pointed in the right direction. even just a CTRL-Space wait 10 seconds would help out immensely. come to think of it it would probably help on hulks aligning to belts too...
