This feature may already exist, if it does please disregard.

I'd like a hotkey available to stop or pause the macro. For example "Esc" or some other key combo.

It would also be nice to pause then resume the macro although for this feature to be useful I think we need to know what the macro is doing. With that in mind some kind of viewable status on what the macro is doing particularly a timer showing how much time is left in a mining cycle as well as what cycle it is as well as the number of runs that have been completed.

For example:

"Cycle 1 of 9"
" Run 50 of 100"

And ofc a simple countdown timer for the lasers.

Again if this in someway detracts from the simplicity of TM then please disregard.

A pause key is somewhat difficult to implement due to technical reasons regarding the current program architecture and the way it runs. A stop key is already implemented, just ALT-TAB so that the program has the focus and press Escape.

I thought about a status box to show information about the current mining session and I'll probably implement that in a future version.

Thanks the ability to stop the macro without chasing the cursor is good enough for me at the moment.

Version 1.60 is out with a nice easy to read status bar showing the Total Runs done so far, current mining Cycle and Time left from the current cycle. Download it in the sticky thread from the registered users section.

Starting with version v1.70 I have implemented a generic HotKey to quit TinyMiner if you're in a rush: CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE, can't miss that.
