Is there any chance tiny miner could print screen(no need to even save a screen shot) just before it closes the eve client due to a problem? It used to just keep running so you could see what happened and fix it. Now it just shuts itself and eve down so I am none the wisser as to why.
Thanks

Re: Screen Shot before closing
I always do, actually sat watching it untill cycle 6 then went to bed.
Code: Select all
27/07/2009 23:57:54 - Clicking in the Overview to see if an asteroid appears in the Selected Item window. Found one!
27/07/2009 23:57:54 - Starting the mining cycle number 6.
27/07/2009 23:57:55 - Checking to see if an asteroid is already locked. Found one!
27/07/2009 23:57:55 - Starting mining laser number 1.
27/07/2009 23:57:57 - Starting mining laser number 2.
27/07/2009 23:57:59 - Starting mining laser number 3.
27/07/2009 23:59:41 - Stopping mining laser number 1.
27/07/2009 23:59:45 - Stopping mining laser number 2.
27/07/2009 23:59:49 - Stopping mining laser number 3.

27/07/2009 23:59:54 - Starting the mining cycle number 7.

27/07/2009 23:59:56 - TinyMiner couldn't detect the activation of the mining lasers. Maybe the asteroids are still out of range. If the asteroids are within range then please check that the capacitor and all the other slots haven't been moved by mistake and are still in the correct default position as shown in the screenshots from the tutorial page. Also you need to disable anti-aliasing for EVE in your NVIDIA control panel if you have previously enabled it.
28/07/2009 00:00:22 - The EVE client appears to have crashed or disconnected. Exiting TinyMiner.
28/07/2009 00:00:32 - Pressing Ctrl-Q in order to quit the EVE client immediately!

28/07/2009 00:00:43 - TinyMiner is closing.

Re: Screen Shot before closing
Looks like a normal EVE disconnect. Not much you can do about it except talk to your ISP to offer you a better service. A screenshot is useless in this case since the EVE client simply restarts itself. You can disable the option to restart EVE in case of disconnects in EVE General Settings but this is not recommended since TM will have no means to detect that anymore and will attempt to continue mining indefinitely with a disconnected client.
I have implemented the screenshot before closing feature in the latest version v5.0. When the program quits (due to any reason including end of mining session, disconnection, critical damage, hostile found or anything else) it will now save a screenshot of the entire EVE window before closing it. The name of the screenshot file will always be "ClosingScreenshot.bmp" so old ones will always be overwritten by the newest version in order to save disk space.
