TM wont deploy drones at the belt what can i do to fix this?

Your Eve window is too big in that screenshot. It is supposed to be 1024x768. Also the "Inventory" and "Drones" windows need to stand beside the "Neocom" not on top of it. The "Drones in bay" folder needs to be closed inside the "Drones" window. Please take another look at the tutorial screenshots, it's very easy to replicate everything...
