v1.4 Uberness

v1.4 ah how sweet it is. The program now supports setting all lasers on 1 roid and no orbiting it's an ice miners dream, for me the only other thing that it could possible need now is a feature were the shield only turns on if the npc's attack you, as people looking for macro's always look for shield boosters on all the time, but well done the macro is real sweet
