Lost A Skiff and Dont Understand Why (SOLVED)

Was out mining a belt in Hisec. TinyMiner Single Client. Watching TV. Heard the "Somethings Wrong" warning go off and TM had logged me off. I logged back on to find my Skiff had been ganked by another player. But here is what I don't understand. When I logged back on of course my capsule warped back to the location I logged off at. But there were no wrecks. I had an aggression timer going. I checked the combat log and another player had killed me with Hobgoblins. I didn't earn a kill right against this player (possibly because my drones automatically aggressed back?) I am pretty sure that no one had any kill rights against me. And I have no idea why I would have had an aggression timer. Here is the closing screen shot. Anyone have any ideas how this player could blow me away with out getting Concorded? Or how he could have gotten an aggression timer turned on with TM running?

You got a "Weapons timer" after your drones started shooting back. It is of no consequence. I presume you either had a kill right on you or your corporation was at war.

I don't understand why do you have two thermal hardeners and no EM hardener on your skiff? Either way you should have survived a single attacker long enough for Concord to show up!

I figured it out. Our corp had been wardecced. I seem to remember that CCP sent emails but now there are only notifications. And who reads those? Glad I wasn't flying a freighter when I discovered this. Anyway, CCP changed the Wardec system last December from what I read. Since I have a structure I can be wardecced in Hisec now. Time to transfer it or shut it down. Apparently there are a lot of complaints about how this new wardec system works. For instance, the corp that wardecced me has 20 active wars going.
