I have managed to figure out a way to jump my orca faster by fitting it with a 100MN MWD and a Beta Reaction Control. I have the MWD set to cycle 1 time to save cap. The procedure goes:
1: Align to gate
2: Start(click on) the MWD
3: Warp to 0 to the destination gate
4: Set as 1st waypoint
5: Autopilot on
This drastically shortens hauler times with an Orca, and with the right setup, I'd almost bet it would work with haulers too.
So anytime the Orca warps, weather to stargate or to station to dock, steps 1thru 3 with 3 being your warp to zero, or to dock.
Thanks

Yes it's an interesting procedure to speed up the Orca. It would go even faster with Inertia Stabilizers in the low slots. The absolute fastest way would be to have a corp member use a couple of webifiers on it.
However when it comes to hauling most people use freighters though which have almost 7-8 times the capacity of an Orca but no slots for MWDs and whatnot...

Sorry for the necro but this would be an awesome feature for those of us using an Orca to move rigged ships around. Orca's aren't as juicy targets for gankers either - but nothing will save you if someone is bored enough, eh?
I don't use TM to mine, just haul stuff around without the 'danger' of using a python injection hack to have the AP warp to zero.

Yep, the Warp to Zero Hauler is the safest form of automation you can find!
It's worth mentioning that TinyMiner will start the selected active modules before warping to the next gate in sequence. This feature has been added a long time ago and it also includes covert-ops cloaking devices as long as they are dragged in a mid or low slot!
With the newest warp speed modifications added by Rubicon I think the best solution would be to equip your Orca with Inertial Stabilizers in the low slots and Warp Speed rigs. That should provide the fastest travel possible!
