Random laser reset - Laser reset after set time + a random amount of time between x and y. Make mining more human like.
Memorizes the belts that are dead so that it doesn't warp to them again.
Target fresh roid when it pops. (Although you can get round this by setting lower reset time and more cycles).
Split miner into tabs. Its a good program but there is a lot going on in one screen.
Apart from that, loving it. Keep up the good work.

Re: Feature request
Humans do not reset lasers after a random amount of time. In fact they don't reset lasers at all! There's already some degree of randomization built in since asteroids pop when empty and that's already as random as it can be.
TinyMiner already memorizes empty belts. Please read the features page. It says that:
"TinyMiner will warp to a random asteroid belt everytime (never the same belt twice in a row). It will also remember which belts are empty and will no longer warp to them so that you don't waste precious time and risk being flagged by other players. This feature alone eliminates the risk of detection since you will never be in the same place for long.
The program goes a step even further in terms of belt prioritization when it comes to optimizing your mining yield. Whenever asteroid belts become sparse TinyMiner will place them in a special back-queue and will prefer the other more plentiful belts whenever possible!"
It also targets fresh asteroids when the current ones pop. Are you sure you've been using this program so far?
Yes there is a lot on the same screen but the more advanced options are on a separate window if you click the "Advanced Options" button.
Apart form that I am glad that you like it.

Hi,
Thanks for clarifying. I didn't see the part about empty belts to cheers on that.
I keep loosing drones as they are not being returned. Is there a way to get round this mate?

Is it possible to realize the possibility of choosing more rich ore?
For example Scordite variations.
Ore was mined to a priority, then first "Massive Scordite" then Condensed Scordite then Scordite.

Re: Feature Request
You could always create more Overview profiles for all types of ore that you wish to mine. Then you could load whatever profile you wish to use at a given time.

Unfortunately it is impossible to filter the profile is only one variant ore.
Will see all kinds of one ore, ordinary and rich.

Hello, Being a programmer myself, I actually started programming a C# version of TinyMiner myself while waiting for my registration to go through, and in the process a few thoughts went through my head.
First off, I must applaud your use of image recognition. It is effective and rarely incorrect - except of course when a window opens over the shield bar. All in all impressively done and very hard to imitate. A properly done Image Recognition System was the one thing I could not make fully functional in the time waiting.
Now I do not know what language you programmed it in, so some of these features below may be a bit trickier.
Import Trial Settings - Make our lives easier when we upgrade from the trial.
Keybinds - A inbuilt keybind to Pause Tiny Miner
Mixed Drones - There are times when 1 defensive drone is enough. At those times, it would still be nice to have 4 mining drones.
Version Tracker - All you need is a version.txt text file with the number 5.51 which you change with each update. From there, adding a label or button which updates text saying "Update Available" is childsplay.
Alternate window location - This one is admittedly a bit of a pain in the neck due to image recognition, however, I would have to imagine that I am not the only one using it that would like run it at position 580,1200 (Top Left corner of second monitor.) This is just a bit of a throw away suggestion, it would be nice but, it would also be alot more difficult than the others. It would be nice, but don't push it.
----
While other thoughts came to mind, these 5 were clearest. All in all, nice work.

Re: Feature requests
Yes, some sort of settings import would be nice. I may get around and include that in a future version. Until then you can run the trial version side by side with the full version and manually copy your settings.
Currently you can pause TinyMiner by Alt-Tabbing to it to make it the front window and then press Alt-P (the shortcut for the Pause button). Also the global shortcut Ctrl-Alt-Backspace will instantly terminate TinyMiner.
Mixed drones are a pain in the proverbial butt though. As a rule of thumb you should use mining drones only in systems without rats at all or if you have another ship designated as a tank (such as a drake). Combat drones are arguably useful since they will get killed eventually even if it takes many mining runs until they are picked off by rats. It is fairly easy to tank your Hulk or Mackinaw so that it can withstand any rats on its own.
TinyMiner already has a version tracker and a window will pop up when you start it, alerting you there is a new version available as soon as it's released.
Multiple monitor support has been discussed before but as you guessed there is a substantial amount of effort involved and not so many people have two monitors (just as not so many people have an Orca booster pilot).
Thanks for your input and have fun raking the ISK with TinyMiner!

I know you are a busy fellow and all that but any eta for the auto login feature?
P.s Thanks for the miner of the tiny variety, makes earning isk bearable again

Re: Feature requests
Eve Online Settings swap - I've just been playing around in my Eve Online Settings folder, and it's become clear that two sets of Eve Online Settings can easily be swapped simply by renaming folders and reloading the game. As such, I would like to request that tinyminer gains the functionality to Automate the swapping of settings. All it needs to do is have two copies of the settings folder within the defined EVE directory for the OS, renaming them between settings and settings2.

Re: Feature requests
I'm not sure what you are asking here... Why would you want to rename the EVE settings folder? The tutorial advises you to make a copy of the EVE folder in another location and use that exclusively for mining. That way your settings will never change.
