Actual ISK per hour in high sec?

Hi all,

Quick question. Assuming you are not mining grav or mission sites, how much isk/hour do you make mining high sec ores (veld, plag, pyrox)? I know TM advertises making up to 150m/day, but I"m sure we all know that would be high end ores in null. I have no illusion of making that in high sec, but I was just curious of someone elses yield.

i was literally just mining veldspar in 0.6 and i got 10 mill worth of tritanium thats with a retriever and minimal skills in about 8 hours

so thats the absolute minimum

Actually in null sec things have improved quite a bit after the latest expansion packs. If you mine in a system with a high industrial level there are plenty of large arkonor sites, so mining exclusively arkonor with t2 crystals, implants and full rorqual bonuses you can get on average 25-30 mil ISK per hour so in 10 hours you could get up to 300 mil ISK or 690 mil in 23 hours but that's a bit extreme.

I am mostly in 0.5 and 0.6 I mine everything. I leave Tm running while I'm at work Mon-Fri and the norm for me, including the money I get from killing rat's, using a retriever with cargo expand IX2 and Strip-miner IX2
I make about 16-20 mill in 10 hours +/- per day.
On weekends ill play another game and let TM run on the laptop with my hulk and I can pull 60mill a day More if in duel-boxing

I know you didn't ask about Ice, however for those interested.
My Mackanaw is fitted with cargo rigs and can hold 12 cubes per run. My ice belt is in same system as station. I have good skills for Ice mining. (mostly 4s, some 5s). Over a 12 hour period I can expect to make 35 million ISK in a high sec. These are approxmate numbers. Nice about Ice, the Asteroid never "pops".

With 4 Hulks, I mine 1.4 million m3 off random ore and stop. This sells for about 100 million ISK per day. I refine and sell. Just in case someone new does not know they need to refine before selling. If our corp only had a few more people like me.

I currently Harvest Ice, mainly for POS use rather than selling, but I always work out the numbers if I were to refine and sell.
Currently my Mack holds 12 Cubes, has a 5min cycle time and market prices put Ice at about 100k each once refined.

1 Ship load = 15mins to Harvest and is worth 1.2 Mil
1 Hour = 4 Trips at 4.8 Mil
10 Hour session = 40Trips (roughly, given the warp/dock sequence) at 48Mil

Hi all,

Here's my ten-bob's worth.....

I have a Hulk with T1 strips - 17.199m3 hold.
I get 1.2 mil / run PLAG, 1.44mil / run SCORD, 1.38 mil / run VELD and 1.78 mil / run PYROX.

Kernite + Omber about 1.3 mill.

I tend to mine PYROX only, find a nice 0.6 system, bookmark 6 or 7 belts and set to. About 10 million / Hr.

I have tried low sec, Jaspet and such, and didnt get much more than 1.8 million for that, so not worth the risk.

Settle in, mine 6 or 8 hrs, then knock off, I have mined since 2008 and NEVER got caught or questioned and have a few Billion in the bank !

Does anyone do this as I find there is no stations close to a system with Arkonor is (stations that are not soverignty).

You don't necessarily need to find Arkonor in regular belts. It is found more abundantly in gravimetric sites that need to be scanned down using core probes. These sites spawn more often in systems with a higher industrial level. Once you scan down such a site you can mine it with TiynMiner and unload the ore in a station or at a POS or jettison in space.

Both ore and ice are worth refining but only if you have zero waste and zero refining tax at a station of your choice. A lot of agent missions are necessary to achieve the required high standings (over 6.5 corporation standings) as well as high refining skills. You can use the included "Warp to Zero Hauler / Trade Route Runner" to move the ore with a freighter to a station where you have the necessary standings.

I range about 3.5-5mil per hour mining ice. Was wondering what the difference in isk making is when you mine for rarer types of ice or ore with the bot, an how safe it is.

Since i am new i was wondering how much you earn per hour with hulk mining ore. I am getting around 3 mil average but my hulk skills are not on max.
Also any advice in fitting hulk for mining in high sec? Any advice for increasing earning?

When I am manually mining, with 1 freighter, 1 retriever and 1 hulk I can manage about 15.000.000 isk pr hour

If you do purely veldspar in hi-sec it estamates out to 60mil isk for 24hour period it all depend on what your mining really to estimate isk per hour!!!

i do all ores in hi sec and pull about 3 runs per hour at 1mil per pull so 3mil an hour but that me just minning w/e in the belts! hope this answers any questions!

yeah just checked - on auto with retreiver got ~10-15 mil / 3 hrs
