VanGogh Gaming's TinyMiner EVE Online Mining Bot

Have noticed that under Vista the Text Log does not get saved to "TinyMinerLog.txt in the current application folder upon exit".

Additionally it would be far better if we could specify a location ourselves and time interval for log saving. Think saving log once every 5 minutes to a dropbox folder (plus immediate save upon exit) allowing for remote monitoring on an iPad or some such thing.

This isn't a bug. The "TinyMinerLog.txt" log file and all other text files and screenshots are saved under the "My Documents\TinyMinerClassic" or "My Documents\TinyMinerPlus" folder depending on which version of TinyMiner you have. In Vista and Seven applications cannot save files in the "Program Files" folder anymore.

Furthermore the log is already being saved every 5 minutes plus immediate save upon exit, thus allowing for remote monitoring over the network. This has been implemented ever since version v3.2, just check the changes history in the sticky thread from the registered users section of the forum. Hope this helps.
