I think I lost my TM profiles. :(

I'm no computer guru obviously. When we update to a new version of TM could you please give me the exact steps for dummies like me who don't know what to do?

Or maybe my mining profiles are somewhere else?

When I installed the new, updated version 5.4 all I see is a default profile now.

Thanks VG!

You can always use the previous version and manually copy your old profiles. If you deleted the old version you're out of luck. Since the new version contains an extra option in the advanced settings, their profile files are not compatible.

Ahh, ok, good to know for next time.

Actually, it wasn't difficult to redo my profiles. I'm already done.

Thanks VG!

I would like to suggest for future updates a window check option, so basically it will run through tests for each moveable window eg. I have a habit of moving my cargo window and not putting it back perfectly so when tm tries to unload cargo it either misses the window or right clicks the ore itsself and not able to select all. So what I have to do is set tm to do a 5 sec cycle with 1 cycle, adjust the window and wait till tm docks up and tries to select all on the cargo window if iv got it right I have to shut down tm and start it again with my profile if not however I have to do another cycle and adjust my cargo window again. it doesn't seem like much but its pretty time consuming to have to do all that

The tutorial advises you to make a copy of your EVE folder and use that only for mining. That way you can leave the cargo window in place and never have to touch it again. Whenever you wish to play the game as usual just use the original copy of EVE and when you wish to use TinyMiner simply switch to the other EVE folder.
