[feature req]WH Gas mining (DONE)
[feature req]WH Gas mining (DONE)
Would work like current TM, but option to warp to POS if Sleepers respawn. + feature to use scanner to see other ships in system (scan range) and based on that info, it would warp to POS if needed.

Re: [feature req]WH Gas mining
The current TM should work just fine with gas cloud harvesters instead of mining lasers although I haven't tried that yet.
Gas sleepers never respawn once killed. However sleepers will warp scramble you in a higher level wormhole and in a low level wormhole they are easy to tank. The scanner idea is worth looking into it though. One solution would be to take an initial snapshot of the scanner once you begin mining and then compare for differences if something else appears on scan (like a scanner probe most likely) then warp to POS.

Re: [feature req]WH Gas mining (DONE)
Hello, first of all thank you very much for this program. I'm new at using it and still getting sorted out and have been reading the forums lots to see what I may be missing.
I've been trying to use TM to Gas mine and while it warps, targets and activates the 5 harvesters fine it immediatly warps back to my pos, empties and shutsdown eve. I have pasted some log text below, basically doesn't see that the harvesters are active AND it seems to think that the belt is empty. The only thing I have on the overview at the gas site are two harvestable clouds.
I apologize if it's something that has been posted (although I couldn't find it even using search) or if it's just something dumb that I'm not figuring out. At first I think it was due to the scanner overview shots but I know now that's not it. Your help is greatly appreciated.

9/6/2010 2:08:17 PM - Tiny Miner couldn't detect the activation of the mining lasers. Maybe the asteroids are still out of range. If the asteroids are within range then please check that the capacitor and all the other HUD slots haven't been moved by mistake and are still in the correct default position as shown in the screenshots from the tutorial page.
9/6/2010 2:08:17 PM - The asteroids are out of mining range and the orbit option is turned off so they can't be approached. Marking the current belt as empty so it won't be used in future warps...

Very sorry...my mistake. Here is the screenshot. This is right after all 5 harvesters have activated and the corp hanger has been selected and warp engaged.

It's a very low quality screenshot, not very helpful. Also what I meant was a screenshot of your entire desktop with the EVE window and TinyMiner log window visible on it. Can you do that?
Right off the bat you can try to rotate the camera so that you have a dark color background beneath the gas harvesters. Also in TinyMiner advanced options there is an option to use an alternate method for detecting active lasers. Have you tried that?
Make sure the HUD hasn't been moved by mistake and is still in the default position all the way to the right. Try to click on it and drag it all the way to the right if it's not already there.

Also when monitoring the OnBoard Scanner it helps to sort it by Name (in descending order) so that potential scan probes appear first in list. Another tip would be to decrease the distance until all POS structures are no longer shown in order to avoid unnecessary clutter.
