After losing a few drones recently due to the client closing while in space and mining with my drones deployed, I thought that it would be nice to have TM dock and quit just prior to downtime. Since downtime is at the same time GMT every day, it would be nice to have TM pull drones, stop lasers and dock at the station when downtime is within five minutes or so of starting.
I have tried to use max cycles to control when I stop mining, but I have had a few instances where I have had to restart eve and TM during the day, and trying to calculate how many cycles that I can get in prior to DT is tricky.

Good Idea
Greetings,
I agree with you that it would be a good feature. It can't be difficult to query the system time then act to close the session and dock the ship. It wouldnt over complicate the actual mining process which isone of the most elegant solutions that I have seen.

I've been thinking about this feature and it might get implemented in a future version.

Docking at DT
Mr V-
I imagine that this option would require some sort of input from the user. Once TM start up it ask theuser, 'What is the current Eve Time' . Read what in the lower left corner, input it and off you go.. That would be the best thing I imagine. If they (user) did not enter a time, it would just not dock.....

Re: Docking at DT
Getting the system time via simple code is very easy.
All that would be required would be the Time difference between your system and the eve server which could just be another text box on the main form.
