local chat monitor for neutral and red features

Just an idear. A great tool I would be ready to pay for.
A standalone tool that would sound an alarm when potential hostiles appear in the local chat.
A fork from the monitor local chat feature of tiny miner (does is work again by the way, last post I saw about this stated that it was in you todo list).
Tools like spyglass and t.a.c.o used to do that but to my knowledge they dont work anymore and you've got a nice market niche to fill .

There have been a few others requesting this separate local chat monitoring tool. I'll add it on the to-do list for sure.
