Carbon color theme - where is it ? (SOLVED)

Hi
Can not find Carbon color theme im in the place and see windows appearance. But below there are any colors to choose. Is it because i got free acc?
How important is it to set up that color ?

Yes, color themes are only available to paying Eve Online subscribers (i.e. omega clones). They don't make any difference for TinyMiner so don't worry about them!
