Would it be possible for high sec mining to dock at the station when the shield becomes depleted (or down to say 80%), pause and then start mining again rather than drop out of Eve? Even with good skills and a shield booster my Covetor is occasionally overwhelmed by rats - I know, get a Hulk, but I'm cheap
