To minimize your cost. I would recommend either a procurer or a skiff for 0.0 mining. The yield is not all that much lower than a mackinaw and you get that peace of mind knowing that your tanked. Mining Mercoxit with two procurers in a grav site in 0.0 space I can pull down around 120 mil per hour.
